💼 About This Role

You'll provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a 100% virtual setting. You'll design personalized treatment plans and work independently while supported by a collaborative care team. This role offers unparalleled flexibility with self-scheduled hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Manage electronic documentation using streamlined EMR system
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training

📋 Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in Illinois
• Experience working with geriatric population
