🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
• Enter customer orders into the ERP system with high accuracy.
• Prepare and enter quotes into the ERP or shared directories.
• Support outside sales with quoting, expediting, and customer visits.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate degree in Fluid Power or Technical programs.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, or fluid power.
• Experience with Trend ERP system.
