🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute logistics for tradeshows, roadshows, and internal events
• Develop and maintain run-of-show documents
• Coordinate event operations including venue, AV, and shipping
• Partner with Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing
• Manage vendor communication and track timelines

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in event marketing with logistics execution focus
• Proven experience managing tradeshows and large-scale events
• Expertise in run-of-show planning and on-site execution
• Experience managing large budgets and multi-event programs

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, CVENT, Slack, Google Workspace
• Willingness to travel ~25%
