💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain the backend infrastructure for an AI-powered platform that streamlines drug development regulatory workflows. You'll own solutions from idea to production, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability of AI systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer problems into simple, scalable solutions.
• Work with Product and Design to iterate rapidly.
• Write performant, well-tested code using Django, Python, Postgres, Redis.
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) for document processing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Django in production with database optimization and caching.
• Hands-on LLM integration experience with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.
• Experience with highly scalable SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of AWS deployment practices.
