You'll manage daily operations of Mainspring's Linear Generator fleet, including remote monitoring and incident resolution. You'll provide analytics on fleet performance and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability. This role offers exposure to systems engineering, data analysis, and automation in a rapidly scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage remote operations and troubleshooting of Linear Generator fleet.
• Contribute to real-time monitoring and communication platform design.
• Provide analytics on fleet availability, performance, and connectivity.
• Report on NERC compliance metrics and ensure regulatory adherence.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with system-level engineering analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with engineering data analysis, including time-series data and dashboards.
• Interest in developing automated software tools using Python.
