You'll lead design for Lob's direct mail platform during a pivotal AI-driven transformation. You'll design systems and UX philosophies that scale the product, reimagining its design language. This role offers autonomy to challenge assumptions and design high-impact features in a startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver recommendations reducing friction across key customer workflows
• Drive roadmap prioritization with qualitative and quantitative insights
• Refine design processes with AI at the core
• Partner with Engineering to balance UX, scope, and feasibility

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record of building and scaling design systems
• Experience coaching other designers
