📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate development, PE, IB, or strategy consulting.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/JD strongly preferred.
• Proven track record leading complex M&A or partnerships.
• Experience in defense, AI, or autonomy sectors strongly preferred.
