💼 About This Role

You'll assist in all phases of maintenance and groundskeeping at Otterbein SeniorLife in Gahanna. Your work ensures a comfortable and safe environment for residents while performing general repairs, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. You'll also contribute to preventative maintenance and emergency on-call duties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with moving residents' furnishings as needed.
• Paint residents' living quarters as needed.
• Assist with groundskeeping, weeding, mulching, and snow-removal.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license required.
• Experience in general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Mechanical experience on HVAC, mowers, and vehicles.
