You'll architect and design off-chain services for CoW Protocol, a leading intent-based DEX aggregator. You'll work on concurrent backend systems in Rust and interact with Solidity smart contracts. This role offers ownership of backend services and influence over future features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and design off-chain services for the auction protocol and orderbook
• Write concurrent backend systems in Rust
• Participate in on-call rotation for production reliability
• Deliver high-quality code from concept to production with monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years production experience with systems-level programming languages
• 1+ year hands-on production experience using Rust
• Practical experience working in web3 (DeFi and Ethereum ecosystem)
• Experience operating, maintaining, and architecting complex software systems
