💼 About This Role

You'll own FPGA RTL development from blank sheet to flight for E-Space's low Earth orbit satellite system. You'll define FPGA architecture and interfaces, then implement RTL code in SystemVerilog or VHDL, leading design reviews and test campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge space communications with a highly skilled team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop FPGA logical architecture and requirements with cross-functional teams
• Write and verify FPGA RTL code for Microsemi FPGAs and SoCs
• Conduct design verification including simulations, timing analysis, and hardware testing
• Lead design reviews and create documentation for FPGA operation and interfacing

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FPGA RTL development
• Skilled in SystemVerilog or VHDL
• Skilled in at least one scripting language (TCL, shell, Python, etc.)
• Proficiency in AXI protocols and common bus interfaces (I2C, SPI)

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in high speed digital communications interfaces
• Experience designing for space environments including radiation mitigation
