You'll serve as the primary legal resource for strategic partnership contracting and corporate development initiatives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and drive contracting strategies for strategic partnerships.
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and partnership agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance.
• Maintain databases for vendor and partnership contracts.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.
• 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a major law firm.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
