As an Account Development Representative, you'll identify and qualify new opportunities for MongoDB's sales organization, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build customer enthusiasm. You'll develop sales and product knowledge, interact with decision-makers, and set qualified meetings, with a focus on exceeding quotas and career growth.

Requirements

• Self-starter with track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• Outstanding communication skills: Dutch native, English fluent
• Time management skills and ability to work independently or through coaching
• Desire to work in fast-paced, high growth environment
• Passion for cutting-edge technology and aptitude to learn new IT products

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential businesses for MongoDB across your region
• Develop and lead inbound/outbound campaigns from idea-generation to qualified call
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge
• Interact with IT and business decision makers via telephone and email
• Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
