💼 About This Role

You'll set technical direction for key platform and AI-powered domains at Wildlife Studios, designing architectures that serve multiple games and teams. You'll lead cross-team initiatives end-to-end, raising the bar on operational excellence and simplifying the life of every developer using our platform. You'll also mentor and multiply other engineers across mid, senior, and staff levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction for platform and AI domains.
• Lead cross-team initiatives from discovery to rollout.
• Improve SLIs/SLOs, observability, and incident response.
• Simplify APIs and developer experience across platform.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical culture.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects across teams.
• Solid understanding of computer science concepts (data structures, networking, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of software testing concepts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-volume systems.
• Experience in games industry or ad tech.
• Experience with Golang.
