You'll shape the creative vision for Glossier across all touchpoints, guiding the look, feel, and voice of the brand. You'll lead a team of talented creatives, setting the creative bar and tone while driving impactful campaigns. This role reports to the CMO and is central to brand evolution and team development.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve Glossier's creative direction across all channels
  • Lead development of 360ยฐ campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Oversee creative output across photography, video, copy, and design
  • Build scalable creative systems and toolkits for global execution

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of creative leadership experience
  • Proven track record of brand building and 360ยฐ campaigns
  • Experience managing and developing creative teams
  • Strong editorial point of view on taste and culture
