You will handle labor management tasks including responding to labor inspections and disputes, operating personnel committees, planning and conducting labor education for managers, and managing internal regulations. This role is essential for ensuring compliance and smooth labor relations across the company's nationwide logistics operations.

Requirements

• Certified Labor Attorney (공인노무사) license
• 5+ years of practical HR/labor experience in companies with 300+ employees
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in logistics/distribution industry preferred
• Experience in responding to labor inspections/disputes and operating personnel committees preferred
