🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and attract top talent across creative, UX, and technology disciplines
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes using Greenhouse ATS
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing and market mapping
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring activities

📋 Requirements

• Experience hiring across creative, UX, or technology roles in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for both permanent and freelance roles
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and administrative tasks
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS is highly desirable
