Description

You will own the global content strategy and production for campaigns, demand generation, and thought leadership at Klaviyo. You will create high-impact content across formats to drive pipeline and brand credibility, while modernizing editorial workflows with AI-assisted production systems.

Requirements

• Experience owning content strategy for campaigns and thought leadership
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted editorial workflows, vibe coding in Claude Code/CoWork
• Ability to translate complex product and market insights into differentiated content
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AirOps is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own global campaign and thought leadership content strategy across segments and regions
• Lead content creation for ebooks, white papers, research reports, webinars, landing pages, and more
• Build scalable AI-assisted editorial production systems using tools like Claude Code or CoWork
• Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, PR, brand, sales, and regional teams
• Manage external agencies and ensure global content quality and consistency
