💼 About This Role

You'll act as the technical owner and strategic problem-solver for our Enterprise customers, owning the entire technical lifecycle from implementation to long-term evolution. You'll sit at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, designing scalable solutions and influencing product direction based on real customer needs. This role is a critical voice for how Workshop grows as an enterprise-ready platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end technical lifecycle for Enterprise accounts from implementation to evolution.
• Lead complex technical implementations with Onboarding Project Managers.
• Serve as primary technical contact for Enterprise customers post-onboarding.
• Partner with Strategic Customer Success Managers on renewals and expansions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design solutions for non-standard requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role owning complex implementations.
• Strong technical foundation in Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.
• Experience with email infrastructure, DNS, and email security tooling.
• Familiarity with identity and access management solutions (Okta, AD, SSO).
• Experience supporting or integrating with enterprise systems like HRIS or Payroll.
