🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve core operating models with scenario analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams as strategic advisor
• Deliver monthly reporting packages for executive team and board
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, banking, consulting, or equity research
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Fluent with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor)
• Strong first-principles problem solving and analytical reasoning
