🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute ML roadmaps and guide experimentation
• Lead design, development, and deployment of production-grade ML systems
• Build and optimize ML engineering infrastructure for rapid iteration
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing ML engineers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Applied Machine Learning or AI
• 3+ years in leadership managing ML engineers or data scientists
• Proven experience building and scaling large-scale ML platforms
• Deep expertise in production ML systems including LLMs and conversational AI

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
