You will design and deliver data infrastructure for business functions, own end-to-end data initiatives from requirements to scalable models, and enable data-driven decision making for Sales and G&A leadership. Your work drives revenue growth and operational efficiency through trusted insights and automated analytics.

Requirements

• 10-12 years hands-on experience in data engineering or analytics engineering at a SaaS/Technology company.
• Expert-level mastery of Snowflake architecture and dbt (modular modeling, CI/CD).
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau with executive dashboard creation.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce data architecture and revenue lifecycle metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as data partner across GTM and G&A business functions, driving high-impact projects from analysis to delivery.
• Lead deep-dive stakeholder sessions to translate business questions into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and dbt models in Snowflake with a robust semantic layer.
• Deliver executive-level Tableau dashboards with proactive insights and automated alerting.
• Implement Generative AI analytics to enable natural language data exploration for business users.
