You'll own end-to-end delivery of large-scale platform programs at Coupang, working with engineering teams to define and implement shared web services and APIs that impact the entire company. This role blends technical depth with business acumen to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to adoption.

• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle from charter to delivery

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of Engineering Program Management experience
• 5+ years in Platform, Web design, API for internal/external teams
• Experience managing large-scale technical initiatives on shared platforms
• Flexible, agile, and fast learner
