Description

As a Psychotherapist with BlueSky Telepsych, you will enjoy the autonomy to practice in the best interest of your patients without corporate interference, with a caseload that builds rapidly. You'll be part of a team-based format, working from home with flexible hours, collaborating with prescribers and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental health care via telehealth
• Actively collaborate in a team-based format with psychiatric and counselor providers
• Attend regular staffing with collaborating prescribers at least monthly
• Build and maintain caseload
• Perform clinical work from home with flexible hours
