Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites in the Findlay, OH area. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cooling systems, performing performance checks, and responding to service calls, including emergencies. You'll work independently with extensive daily travel and occasional overnights.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance, commercial preferred
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical refrigeration components
• Effective verbal and email communication skills
• Must pass DOT physical and be available for after-hours and weekend call outs

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on out-of-season equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
