💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end accounts payable operations for a high-growth AI infrastructure company, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time. Your work will directly support IPO readiness and audit preparation efforts. This is a high-impact role at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing and payment runs.
• Perform three-way matching and vendor management.
• Support month-end close with AP accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Legal teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years of accounts payable experience in high-growth technology or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of AP processes including three-way matching and payment runs.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Ability to manage high invoice volumes with accuracy.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting audit readiness or IPO preparation.
• Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency AP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA progress a plus.
