💼 About This Role

You'll join Navan's Travel Experience team in Lisbon, providing expert travel support to global users. You'll own customer satisfaction by resolving issues and collaborating with internal teams. This role includes a full relocation package to help you move to Portugal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide travel support via chat, calls, and emails
• Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings accurately
• Guide customers in self-service options on the Navan platform
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Travel Consultant covering air, cars, rails, and hotel
• 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
• Fluency in English and French, Italian, or German
• Background in contact center or customer-facing roles

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
• Experience in a fast-paced tech environment
