Description

You will drive renewals, retention, and expansion across Aerospike's large enterprise accounts in India, ensuring seamless renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and positioning Aerospike as a strategic data platform partner. This role involves managing six-figure and seven-figure transactions, establishing C-suite relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years in enterprise software sales, account management, or renewals
  • Track record managing and expanding large enterprise accounts in India
  • Experience in renewals and expansion of data platforms, databases, or infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of Financial Services sector (preferred)
  • MBA from reputed Indian institute preferred

Responsibilities

  • Exceed renewal and expansion quota targets
  • Drive multi-year renewal agreements and complex commercial negotiations
  • Establish executive relationships including C-suite and conduct QBRs
  • Expand footprint across new use cases and business units
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in Salesforce
