You'll support a Workday deployment for a nationwide HVAC company, leading testing and providing functional module expertise. You'll ensure a smooth transition for end users through hands-on guidance and defect management. This 6-month contract offers high impact in a fast-paced implementation environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and facilitate Workday testing (unit, integration, UAT)
• Document and manage defects in Jira
• Serve as SME for HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning
• Review and validate training materials for accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
• Expertise across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning
• Experience leading Workday testing efforts (UAT, integration testing)
• Experience with Jira or similar issue/defect tracking tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of Workday integrations including data flow and architecture
• Experience in implementation or post-production environments
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
