You will manage a portfolio of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in São Paulo, Brazil, focusing on retention, growth, and optimization. Your role involves one-on-one consultations to improve pricing, availability, and listing quality, as well as supporting educational programs and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proven experience working a book of business
• Highly goal-driven with a strong bias for action
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts
• Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations
• Secure availability over high compression dates
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes
• Respond to host inquiries and provide timely support
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts
