You'll design and implement human-centric AI systems for Toyota's Woven City, focusing on LLM challenges in Japanese language and culture. Your work will directly enable safe and joyful mobility in a real-world test course.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable LLM-based solutions for human-AI interaction
• Collect and prepare datasets for LLM product development
• Collaborate across teams to determine architecture and technical decisions
• Build and optimize ML/LLM pipelines from data ingestion to model serving

📋 Requirements

• Master's in CS or equivalent experience in complex AI systems
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, HuggingFace
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP (transformers, fine-tuning, etc.)
• Business-level English and professional-level Japanese

• Experience developing products powered by LLMs (AI assistants, chatbots)
• Strong motivation to keep up with latest technologies
