📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Tech-savvy with ability to collaborate asynchronously using tools like Notion, Slack.
