🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of accounts through desk-based account management
• Support partner growth via email, phone, video calls, and presentations
• Maintain long-term relationships to ensure partner success on the platform
• Liaise between restaurants and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions

📋 Requirements

• Account management or similar role experience
• Ability to understand problems using data without over-complicating
• Excellent phone manner and telephone support experience
• Fluency in Italian and English
