💼 About This Role

You'll perform in-process and final inspections of autonomous surface vessels at our shipyard in Franklin, Louisiana. You'll ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and military standards while collaborating with engineering and production. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge maritime autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform in-process and final inspections of welds, hull structures, electrical systems, and outfitting.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare reports on nonconformances.
• Identify defects and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support harbor and sea trials with inspection and verification activities.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in shipbuilding or maritime.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and weld inspection tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and regulatory quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shipyard environment with shifting priorities.
