💼 About This Role

You'll lead and strengthen EHS infrastructure within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. You'll develop a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and address technical complexity and industrial risks. You'll partner cross-functionally to build scalable EHS systems aligned with operational growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve EHS Management System, ensuring compliance and ISO standards.
• Develop EHS strategy and KPIs with senior leadership.
• Drive chemical process safety and hazardous materials management.
• Oversee emergency response programs and safety training.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years leading EHS in industrial or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience in chemical process safety and hazardous materials management.
• EHS Master's degree covering Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics/Psychosocial Risk.
• Professional proficiency in English.
