💼 About This Role

You'll test and certify tactical data link interfaces for the Department of Defense, ensuring standards compliance and interoperability. Your work directly supports mission-critical military systems by executing conformance tests and updating Master Test Procedures. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge defense technologies at JITC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review MIL-STD Interface Change Proposals and update Master Test Procedures
• Develop standards conformance and interoperability test procedures
• Conduct standards conformance and interoperability tests using analysis tools
• Write preliminary trouble reports and deliver test reports

📋 Requirements

• 8 years of specialized or military experience in TDL testing
• Experience executing TDL standards conformance test events (MIL-STDs 6011, 6016, 6020, 6022)
• Familiarity with DoD operations and RF/IT systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) qualification
• Experience with DoD acquisition developmental/operational testing
• Experience with test tools like JANETT, TIGER, ADSI, BOSS, NSITE, ATC-Gen, STT
