Description

You will lead talent development programs and partner with operations leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance development. Based in Tempe, AZ with onsite attendance required Monday-Friday.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
• 5+ years in talent development, operations leadership, organizational development, or HR
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience creating or implementing people strategy for hourly workforce
• Strong facilitation, project management, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Drive talent planning, career development, employee development, diversity, and engagement initiatives
• Partner with department leaders to ensure effective organizational structure and role clarity
• Deploy talent reviews, promotions, and merit increase cycles; advise on compensation
• Lead change-management efforts and build programs to elevate employee experience
• Coach leadership on people strategy, team structure, performance management, and learning development
