🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage portfolio of VIP clients including HNWIs and institutional traders
• Lead onboarding, retention, and cross-selling activities
• Drive revenue growth through increased trading volume and product adoption
• Develop regional strategies for Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in relationship management, private banking, or crypto financial services
• Strong track record of managing high-value client portfolios with revenue impact
• Solid understanding of crypto trading products including spot, derivatives, and staking
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot

• Prior exposure to African markets, Swiss financial services, or Pakistan's fintech ecosystem
