💼 About This Role

You'll join Cottonwood Residential as a Maintenance Technician at Richmond Apartments in Millcreek, UT. You'll perform apartment repairs and maintain property grounds to ensure excellent customer experience. This role offers competitive pay and great benefits from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Respond to after-hours emergency service calls
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Assist with apartment turnover and inspections

📋 Requirements

• EPA certification Type II or Universal
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs
