You'll guide prospective residents through every stage of the Flow experience, from initial exploration to move-in. You'll use data insights and proprietary technology to tailor housing solutions, ensuring each prospect finds the right community. This on-site role is embedded in the daily rhythm of our communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct personalized discovery conversations using Flow's technology to assess client needs.
• Articulate and tailor housing solutions across Flow's portfolio.
• Own the full on-site sales motion, including tours, demonstrations, and closing.
• Maintain accountability for personal workflows using Flow's proprietary selling suite.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in consultative sales, hospitality, real estate, or customer experience.
• Strong consultative sales approach with ability to diagnose needs and recommend solutions.
• Tech-forward mindset with confidence using CRM systems and automation tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
