💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and execute mission workstreams for human-rated space stations at Vast, a company that already operates the only commercial space station. You'll own customer interfaces, manage ICDs, and support payload integration, directly contributing to permanent space habitation by 2030.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own defined mission workstreams for specific customer contracts
• Draft and manage ICDs with external customers
• Maintain integrated project schedules tied to milestones
• Support payload rack integration and ground support equipment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or technical discipline
• 2+ years hands-on engineering experience
• 2-5 years in systems engineering or technical project management
• Experience in customer-facing program roles in aerospace

• Exposure to human spaceflight systems
• Familiarity with ICD development and negotiation
• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines
