You'll partner with Strategic Finance and GTM Leadership to translate financial plans into actionable team-level targets and investment priorities. You'll own performance analyses and define operating plans that enable scalable revenue growth. This role offers the chance to shape strategy at a leading AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate financial plans into regional/segment targets and investment priorities
• Build investment and resourcing plans across GTM
• Own attainment, productivity, and performance analyses
• Translate top-down plans into individual field targets

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in GTM strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling and planning experience
• Deep understanding of SaaS and consumption-based revenue models
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional planning processes

• Experience with AI products or platform businesses
• People management experience
