💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in daily operations and meeting sales targets while providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and ensure their success. This role offers the chance to step up as a leader and manage the store in the manager's absence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store, and provide leadership support
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product
