You'll lead design for the Camera team at CompanyCam, a photo documentation and productivity app for contractors. You'll shape how field workers capture and manage photos on job sites, often one-handed and away from a desk. This role uniquely blends mobile-first design with AI-powered workflows to solve real-world problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design projects for the Camera team using CDH framework.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering on alignment.
• Communicate design decisions with solid rationale.
• Mentor contributor-level designers through critiques and feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience.
• Mobile product design experience (non-negotiable).
• Experience designing for real-world device interactions (e.g., camera, hardware).
• Experience with camera-based products or workflows.
