You'll lead avatar processing, finishing, and release workflows in the post-production pipeline, using AI tools like Claude and Synthesia's platform to accelerate production. You'll collaborate with internal teams to support client-facing shoots and ensure technical excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support avatar processing, finishing, and release workflows
• Use AI tools to enhance and accelerate production work
• Create avatars using generative AI models for clients
• Edit, color grade, and composite footage using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in post-production or visual effects role
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve (editing or color grading)
• Experience with Photoshop for retouching
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or Midjourney

✨ Nice to Have

• On-set production experience (camera operation, lighting)
• Audio skills including Pro Tools
• Basic programming skills in Python
