You'll onboard top-producing real estate agents to Compass by selling our technology, marketing, and culture. You'll directly drive net-new revenue and build relationships with decision-makers in a fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy a humanized sales process with high earning potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and target top-producing real estate agents.
  • Present Compass value proposition to prospective agents.
  • Negotiate and close deals to bring agents on board.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support agent onboarding.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas

  • Experience in real estate or enterprise sales
  • Background in investment banking or consulting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
