You'll onboard top-producing real estate agents to Compass by selling our technology, marketing, and culture. You'll directly drive net-new revenue and build relationships with decision-makers in a fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy a humanized sales process with high earning potential.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and target top-producing real estate agents.
- Present Compass value proposition to prospective agents.
- Negotiate and close deals to bring agents on board.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support agent onboarding.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas

- Experience in real estate or enterprise sales
- Background in investment banking or consulting
- Familiarity with CRM tools
