You will partner with merchandising and product teams to drive growth through data analysis, build dashboards and reports, and lead analytics projects from start to finish. Your insights will directly impact key business decisions and the customer experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience using analytics to impact business decisions
• Proven track record of conducting analyses that drive strategic initiatives
• Strong storytelling with written and verbal communication
• Excellent critical thinking and business acumen
• Detail-oriented with ability to understand big picture

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses with Merchandising and Product teams to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures
• Build data visualizations, dashboards, and LookML for business intelligence
• Query data to find areas of opportunity and perform ad-hoc analyses
• Partner with Data Platform to operationalize analyses and data models
• Define and refine metrics that drive clarity into business performance
