  • Own full-cycle recruiting across sales, insurance, product, and engineering.
  • Build top-of-funnel pipeline through sourcing and creative outreach.
  • Optimize recruiting channels for applicant quality and efficiency.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategy.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong communicator able to build trust and influence candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for candidate experience.
  • Data-driven and comfortable with recruiting tools and analytics.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
  • Tech recruiting background (engineering, product).
  • Experience with recruiting metrics and process improvement.
