๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across sales, insurance, product, and engineering.
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline through sourcing and creative outreach.
- Optimize recruiting channels for applicant quality and efficiency.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategy.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong communicator able to build trust and influence candidates.
- Detail-oriented with high standards for candidate experience.
- Data-driven and comfortable with recruiting tools and analytics.
โจ Nice to Have
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
- Tech recruiting background (engineering, product).
- Experience with recruiting metrics and process improvement.
