Description

You will guide customers in designing and building scalable systems using the MongoDB data platform, working closely with sales teams to win deals and drive business growth. You'll be a trusted advisor to enterprise organizations across the Americas, helping solve business problems through technical alignment and customer success.

Requirements

• 5-8 years industry experience, 2 years in customer-facing role
• 2+ years with scripting/programming languages (Python, Node.js, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications, systems, and infrastructure using MongoDB
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning and pipeline generation
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success and satisfaction
