In this role, you'll ensure existing customers realize full value from MasterControl solutions, driving high adoption and retention while identifying expansion opportunities. You'll collaborate across teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Accounting, Services, Support)
- Experience managing customer lifecycle and renewals
- Ability to handle escalations and complex implementations

- Ensure retention of existing customers and identify expansion opportunities
- Drive high adoption and optimal use of MasterControl products
- Coordinate product coaching and educational needs with Support and Services
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Maintain industry leading retention rates through high ROI focus
