🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage pipeline of families needing continued guidance toward move-in.
• Execute high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email.
• Drive families from tour to decision, scheduling tours and providing referrals.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation reflecting pipeline status and forecasts.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside/phone-based.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
